At Bouncy Castles Hire Surrey & Hampshire safety is our top priority. We have done everything possible to ensure a thoroughly safe hire experience.

  • We have £5m Public Liability Insurance. You will receive a copy of this in your hirer pack.
  • We are proud members of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance who help the industry provide a better, safer service. BIHA
  • We conduct a risk assessment on every bouncy castle hire we do. This follows advise from the Health & Safety Executive. Health & Safety Executive
  • All our inflatables are safety checked and a copy of the certificate will be in your hirer pack.
  • RCD protected cables.
  • All our inflatables are supplied with crash mats.
  • We supply red marker cones to identify ‘NO GO’ areas and will tape down any loose wire which may cause a trip hazard.
  • We supply guidelines including ‘Rules of Play’ which help you make your event safe and fun!
  • We are happy to answer any questions throughout the day. We are always at the end the phone should you have any queries.
  • All our equipment is PAT certified
