We are presenting below easy steps to install a bouncy castle to help you better understand the process of setting up bouncy castle written in the instructions manual given you by the bouncy castle rental company/ seller.
The very first step is to find the most suitable place for setting up bouncy castle. While selecting the place for bouncy castle make sure that it is the flattest area of the garden/ground/surface. You should also make sure that the place is perfect for size of the bouncy castle. Apart from this you should also make sure that it is free from stones, sticks, dog pop and sharp objects.
If you don’t find an even surface for setting up bouncy castle in the garden/ground then don’t worry. It is to be noted that you can install bouncy castles on bumpy surface. Not only this, you can also set it up on gravel and concrete surfaces. But for installing bouncy castle on bumpy gravel and concrete surfaces, you have to place a ground sheet under the bouncy castle. The ground sheet will protect bouncy castle from any damage and dirt.
Once the place is selected, now unroll and unfold the bouncy castle keeping in view the front and back sides. Now spread both the sides of the bouncy castle as much as they can.
The 3rd step is to attach the blower to one of the inlet tubes/ ports. You can find the inlet tube at the back of the bouncy castle.
You should also close all the zips/ small tubes/deflation tubes ( at the back of bouncy castle) with the help of elastic strap/ rope.
Now, unroll the extension cable completely so that it does not get overheated. Keep it away from walking passage so that people do not trip over it. (always use heavy extension for inflating the bouncy castle).
Plug the bouncy castle blower cable into extension lead. Then plug the extension lead into power source.
Now, switch the blower on to let the bouncy castle inflate. When the bouncy castle is being inflated, make sure that there are no children on it. When you want to de-inflate the bouncy castle switch off the blower otherwise keep it running continuously.
Make sure that air is not coming out of any small tube.
Keep kids away from the blower and electric wires.
(It is to be noted that you should peg down bouncy castle when you are installing it on outdoor location. When the bouncy castle is anchored it does not move around due to wind and kids’ jumping.)
