This Inflatable requires a clear and flat area for the Underwater-themed Bouncy Castle with a side slide. Please ensure there are no overhanging trees, washing lines, or any other obstructions near the entrance and exit points of the castle. Also, make sure the ground is free from sharp stones or any other obstacles in the vicinity of the play area.

This inflatable is suitable for users up to the age of 14, and a maximum of 7 children can safely play on it at any given time.

Kindly note that our inflatables can only be set up on the grass. We are unable to install them on Astroturf or any type of hard surface.

Please ensure there is ample access to the setup location. The inflatable weighs approximately 90 kilograms and has a rolled-up diameter of 30 inches. As a general guideline, if you can fit a wheelbarrow through the access point, we will be able to fit the castle through as well.

If the castle is to be used indoors, such as in a hall, please verify that there are no low beams or suspended lights that could hinder its setup. The height clearance is crucial when hiring an inflatable for indoor use, and a minimum height of 11 feet is required.
